Standard Session Rates

Individual: $135 (55-60 minutes)

Group or Family: $165 (55-60 minutes)

**Shorted or Extended session lengths are available upon request and will be prorated.

Program Consultation (Contact for specific requests):

Hourly Rate: $150

Curated scheduling/weekly or monthly rates vary - travel negotiable.

Other Service Types:

Two Exploratory Sessions: 55 minutes each: $200

Event Based mental health support (contact to discuss coverage needs)

Consultation with Alternative Supports (in excess of 15 minutes): Standard session rates apply

Phone Follow Up / Request for Case Management (in excess of 15 minutes): Standard session rates apply

Professional Letter Request: $75

Mileage will be calculated on an as needed basis and added to the team/organization invoice if outside of a 20 mile radius.

  • Getting help takes a lot of courage and sometimes you are not sure what it is you need or are ready for.

    We understand this and offer a service specifically for you. Two exploratory sessions, with no obligation to continue, and, if needed, a referral to help you find what it is you need. See “other service types” for more.

  • All services are rendered through two pathways.

    1. Private or Out of Pocket Pay.

    2. If you are an eligible Individual Team USA/referred USOPC athlete, we will assist with submission of applicable Health Insurance reimbursement forms.

  • Check, Zelle, or Credit/Debit Card via secure Invoicing.

    Contractual agreements may have different payment agreements.

  • Please note that I do not offer direct billing at this time. Clients are required to pay for services at the time of their appointment and submit the receipts to their insurance provider for reimbursement.

    Rates and the length of a contract will vary depending on scope and scale of the need. All services are centered around the needs of your athletes and program.

  • I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Supervision Designation, in the State of Ohio.

    The LISW-S is a Clinical Social Work License governed through the CSWMFT Board of Ohio. Until the Social Work Compact is fully enacted, Clients being provided with Therapeutic/Counseling Services can only within the State of Ohio - in person or virtually.

    Any non-clinical services such as: Program Consultation, Workshops, Coach Listening Sessions are not restricted and are available virtually or in person.

  • I'm committed to working with clients to accommodate their unique circumstances and needs. I encourage you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your situation before making any decisions based solely on our published rates.

    During our consultation, we'll assess if our services align with your needs. If we determine that another professional might be better suited to your situation, I'll be happy to provide appropriate referrals.

    My practice is built on a model that allows me to give back to the community. On average, I dedicate 1-2 days per month to providing pro bono professional services. This community commitment is made possible by maintaining standard session rates for regular appointments.
